Our world book day story was Handa’s Surprise. The children enjoyed doing various activities around this book such as balancing baskets on their heads, making their favourite fruits with various craft materials. Introducing new language by learning about new fruits and talking about healthy eating at snack time. They also enjoyed coming dressed up in their fancy dressed costumes of their favourite characters from a book.
