During our ‘which is the biggest dinosaur?’ topic, the children have been learning all about dinosaurs! We have been naming them and describing them using vocabulary such as gigantic, sharp and rough scales. We have enjoyed using duplo blocks to print scales onto dinosaurs. We have been writing descriptive sentences about dinosaurs too. In maths, we have practised using dinosaur footprints to order numbers forwards and backwards. This half-term, we have also been playing lots of team building and turn-taking games such as Jenga and Pop-Up Pirate.
