Nursery have had two stay and play afternoons this half term, linked to Chinese New Year. The children have absolutely loved learning about the dragon and lion dances which are performed to celebrate Chinese New Year. We had a range of exciting activities for the children to participate in with their adults such as painting chinese numbers, developing our fine motor skills by using chopsticks to transfer rice noodles to containers and creating fabulous pastel firework pictures on black paper. I hope you enjoyed your time in Nursery with us, we certainly did!
