This half term, children have begun learning familiar nursery rhymes on the xylophones. Class 9 children have focussed incredibly hard and they have ensured they followed the rhythm of the song and played the correct keys. Playing the xylophone helps to develop children’s hand-eye coordination, builds confidence and allows children to explore their senses by experimenting with pitch, tone and vibrations.
