The children have had a fantastic start to the year and they have all settled into their new routines really well. The children have continued to develop friendships, old and new, and have enjoyed sharing lots of fun experiences together. We are so proud of all our Reception children.
Our topic this half term is ‘Why do you love me so much’? We have thought about ourselves and how unique and special we are, we have celebrated our similarities and differences by painting self portraits and sharing our treasures with one another. We have also enjoyed talking about our families and who lives in our homes, we then found some of our homes and our school using Google Earth. We are excited to carry on our learning, as we move through this topic, and start to think about the season of Autumn and the changes that we might see.
